Septintoji kelionė atrandant savąjį FLUXUS prasidės RUGSĖJO 21 D. 20.30 VAL. Jurgio Mačiūno skvere (Parodos g. 1, Kaunas)

Žingsnis po kūlversčio kojūkais, žingsnis rankomis po šoktelėjimo atbulomis pėdomis – kopsime Jurgio Mačiūno gyvenimo keliu.

Nuo ką tik gimusio Jurgio klyksmo pro Parodos g. 1 namų langus, konservų skardinių žvangesio lietpalčio kišenės, pirmųjų FLUXUS manifesto žodžių iki į Atlanto vandenyno gelmes nugrimzdusių Jurgio pelenų – sutikime FLUXUS judėjimo pradininko gyvenimą, o mūsų gyvenimas ir kostiumuotos kojos tegul sutinka FLUXUS kelią.

Vos tik rugsėjo viduryje pamatysime pirmuosius FLUXUS ženklus – žinokime, FLUXUS FESTIVALIS kviečia:

Nuo RUGSĖJO 18 D. Kaune vyks FLUXUS paskaitos, tarptautinė paroda bei performansai.

RUGSĖJO 21 D. popietę prasidės žaidimas „Camino de Fluxus“, kurio metu iš antrinių žaliavų gaminsime mūsų vidinį fluxintoją atspindintį kostiumą ir kartu su bendraminčiais kursime objektą, kuris vėliau bus eksponuojamas galerijoje po atviru dangumi.

RUGSĖJO 21 d. 20:30 Jurgio Mačiūno skvere lyg ant spyruoklių lįsime pro laiko kilpą į naują kūną atradusį Parodos gatvės kalną, kurio viršūnėje įveikusiems kopimą atsivers vartai į FLUXUS rytojų.

The seventh journey of discovering your inner FLUXUS will start on 21 September at 20:30 hrs at George Maciunas Square (Parodos str. 1, Kaunas).

Step by step, dancing on stilts, hand after hand, bouncing backwards – we will climb the path of the life of George Maciunas.

◈◈◈ Camino de FLUXUS! ◈◈◈

From the scream of the newly born George through the windows of the house at 1 Parodos Street, the clink of tin cans in the pocket of his raincoat, the first words of the FLUXUS Manifesto, to George’s ashes sinking to the depths of the Atlantic Ocean – let us meet the life of the pioneer of the FLUXUS movement, and let our lives and our costumed feet meet the path of FLUXUS.

As soon as we see the first signs of FLUXUS in mid-September, let’s know the FLUXUS FESTIVAL is calling:

From 18 September in Kaunas, there will be FLUXUS lectures, an international exhibition, and performances.

On the afternoon of 21 September, we will start the game „Camino de Fluxus,“ during which we will make costumes reflecting our inner FLUXUS out of recycled materials and create an object together, which will then be exhibited in an open-air gallery.

On 21 September at 20:30 in George Maciunas Square, as if on springs, we will crawl through a time loop to the hill of Parodos Street, which has found a new body and which will be the gateway to the future of FLUXUS for those who have overcome the climb to the top.

The event is FREE and open to everyone who loves FLUXUS and culture.
